  • All the products and services offered under any package are only valid for one year. After one-year completion, all the products and services will be available at regular cost.
  • All the content, images, and videos will be provided by the client.
  • Client can transfer the website into their own hosting account or collect the website files anytime within a period of one year. An email notice will be sent in the 11th month to either continue with our hosting or to transfer the files. After one year, we will not be responsible for the files.
  • Client can choose the logo only from the logo options provided by us.
  • If the client chooses and pays for a particular package, they can upgrade it anytime but cannot downgrade the package.
  • If the client changes their mind and cancels the package, there is no refund for any package, service, or product.
  • Any additional work, service, or product addition to the current package will incur an extra cost.
  • The hosting, domain, and SSL will be linked to only one website in one package.
  • Any server issue or website downtime will be resolved within 48–72 working hours.
  • Any updates or changes requested after website completion can take up to 72 working hours.
  • The packages offered are only for Personal/Business/Corporate Static Websites. Please contact us for dynamic and eCommerce website packages.
  • After the free website maintenance period, all changes will be at an extra cost.
  • Free professional email addresses will be provided with Outlook and direct configuration.
  • Once the website files are transferred to the client, we will not be responsible for any data loss.
  • If the client provides content copied from another site or Google, we will not be responsible for any copyright issues.
